It’s our favourite time of the year again – Global Entrepreneurship Week! If you’re a budding entrepreneur you’re in for a treat; this is one of the biggest events to get involved with. In fact, it’s the largest campaign to promote entrepreneurship in the world, and it’s being celebrated by organisations throughout the UK.

86% of participants last year said they felt more confident about forming a successful company as a result of the fantastic events surrounding Global Entrepreneurship Week. To get you inspired for this year, we’ve selected the top five events that we think you’ll love.

1.       The Idler Academy: Killer Business Ideas

What: Founders of the infamous Cereal Killer Café in Shoreditch, Gary and Alan Keery, in conversation with writer and Founder of The Idler Tom Hodgkinson. Tom is the bestselling author of How to be Idle and Business for Bohemians.

2.       Business Gateway Workshop – Business Planning

What: A workshop aimed at helping attendees create a sturdy business plan. Learn how to write a business description, start the planning process, obtain the right skills and resources and ultimately present your business plan.
